
For over 20 years, the Collaborative Program has connected LEADERSHIP Philadelphia alumni and Fellows with regional nonprofit organizations in need of engaged professionals, ready to lead and serve as board members.
The Collaborative supports both nonprofits and alumni by facilitating meaningful introductions, volunteer engagement, and visibility opportunities that support nonprofit missions and create a stronger region.
LEADERSHIP Philadelphia alumni interested in joining a nonprofit board are invited to receive curated introductions based on your availability, experience, and areas of interest.

If your nonprofit is seeking board members who are skilled, diverse, and energized to serve, we may be able to help. LEADERSHIP Philadelphia alumni actively seek board opportunities through us, and our newest cohort—the 2026 Core Class—will be training in board service.
Annual Membership Fee:
Participation in the Collaborative requires a $250 annual fee, which offers a year of benefits.
