Founded in 1959, LEADERSHIP Philadelphia is the premier civic leadership development organization in the region.  Through a combination of individual skill development and civic education, LEADERSHIP Philadelphia has connected and inspired more than 5,000 alumni to strengthen Philadelphia’s business and civic communities.  The organization’s impact is visible throughout the city’s civic landscape – in boardrooms, city agencies, nonprofits, and neighborhoods.
