Several more professionals of different backgrounds
make up the next ring. The team met several times to shape the project,
then ran several focus groups with a diverse group of leaders ranging
from artist/activist Jane Golden and Urban League of Philadelphia President
and CEO Patricia Coulter to former Managing Director Phil Goldsmith
and former School District COO Natalye Paquin, WHYY CEO Bill Marrazzo,
and economic development expert David Thornburgh. All showed enthusiasm
for the process and saw possibilities in the outcome.
